Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit any Switch outlet with your original tax invoice and the product in its original packaging.

  Our certified technicians will perform a diagnostic check to confirm the hardware issue or defect as per the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

  Verification & Approval

  Once the inspection is complete and the return is deemed valid, we will process your request for an exchange or a full refund.

  Resolution

  Receive your replacement unit on the spot if stock is available, or wait 7-14 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
